What is a Platform Provider?

There are lots of different apps and websites that NDIS participants can use to connect with support workers who can deliver NDIS services and supports - we call these apps and websites 'Platform Providers'.

All of these Platform Providers are considered NDIS providers - some are registered providers and some are unregistered, but all need to comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct. It's important for participants to understand their rights when using Platform Providers, so we've developed a helpful guide you can download from our website.
