WHY US

As a person wanting to open your own service or an existing owner/ manager, we understand that the what, where, who, when and whys of NDIS, NDIS commission, legislation, practice standards, documentation, and processes can be confusing. Navigating as an NDIS provider isn’t easy with the continual changes, updates, and unknown grey areas.

ABOUT US

The fulfilment and challenges that come with service ownership and management can only truly be understood by someone who’s been there. In particular, there is a lack of help for people & providers working in our industry.

Having been there and done it ourselves, we quickly identified the great need for NDIS providers to have a soft place to fall. A single source of TRUTH. A central platform for up-to-date, consistent, and compliant advice, mentoring, information, support, resources, training, templates, and technology solutions for providers.

With backgrounds in NDIS, policy and procedural development, business and strategic planning, service management, service delivery, support coordination, administration, and more for over 40 years, PLUS being carers, we knew what we had to offer was invaluable. Disability Compliance Australia (DCA PTY LTD) was founded in 2011.

Having clear goals for Disability Compliance Australia, we were and continue to be committed to the following DCA PTY LTD principles. These being:

  • To help people and providers to navigate of our evolving and emerging industry with comfort, care, compliance, and consistency.
  • To support people and providers (new and existing nationwide sole traders, unregistered and registered providers) in successfully starting, registering, and operating an individualised, outcome-focused, engaged, and compliant disability service with simplicity, systems, and solutions.
  • To offer a single source of up-to-date truth, a central platform for consistency and compliancy that evolves and emerges with the industry’s and providers' needs.
  • To offer practical, time-efficient, and affordable advice, mentoring, information, support, resources, training, tools, template and technology support, systems and solutions, including NDIS consultations and best practice coach sessions.
  • To help people and providers to understand, implement, and review their core business functions, service and procedural management, daily operations, client and employee administration, technology and brand awareness.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR DIRECTOR

“This year will be my 24th year working in our industry. From a predominantly male institution while completing my studies in 2000 through to our emerging and evolving world of ndis today. I am the very proud mum of beautiful boys, both with dual disabilities.
