ABOUT US
The fulfilment and challenges of service ownership and management can only be truly understood by those who have experienced it firsthand. In particular, there is a noticeable lack of support for people and providers working within the sector. Having walked this path ourselves, we quickly recognised the significant need for NDIS providers and our industry to have a safe and supportive space—a "single source of truth". A central platform offering up-to-date, consistent, and compliant advice, mentoring, information, support, resources, training, templates, and technology solutions tailored specifically for providers across Australia and businesses that supply them.
With a over 25 years experience across NDIS, policy and procedural development, business and strategic planning, service management and delivery, support coordination, administration, and more—not to mention our lived experience as carers—we knew what we could offer was truly invaluable. Disability Compliance Australia (DCA Pty Ltd) was founded in 2011 with a clear vision and commitment to the following guiding principles:
- Make the NDIS easier to navigate with care, clarity and compliance.
- Support people, providers and businesses that supply them to start or strengthen a outcome‑focused service.
- Deliver practical, affordable tools and coaching tailored to your needs.
- Improve systems, processes and quality through assessment, planning, training, automation and software.
- Promote safety, best practice, collaboration and leadership development.

DIRECTOR MESSAGE- Angela Fardell

"This year I mark 26 years in the disability services sector. What began in a mostly male institution in 2000 has evolved into a personal and professional journey shaped by lived experience — I’m a proud mum of two boys with dual disabilities — and by roles from nurse, ecei and dsw worker to regional/service manager, service coordinator, NDIS partner employee and current business owner. A combination of personal insight and practical experience that gives me a deep, practical understanding of living, knowing and working in our beautiful industry.
I warmly welcome you to Disability Compliance Australia. We’re here to answer your questions and guide you through every stage with confidence, compliance, clarity and care. Disability Compliance Australia is built to help you learn, start, or strengthen your service or product — and when you need us, that's ok. We jump into your journey"
