STEP 1 - Introduction Intake
After initial contact and receiving your affordable quote for approval, we will get you to complete a personalised provider profile so we get to know you, your service and the team.
STEP 2 - Assessment Audit, Debriefing & Coaching
We will book an appointment with you and/or your team to complete your assessment. During the assessment audit, we will document map, gap analysis, prepare action or corrective action plan, make recommendations, provide coaching and answer your questions. Your assessment is conducted in a friendly and supportive environment that focuses on development and growth.
STEP 3 - Case Management & Follow-up
Post audit assessment we will email you, your detailed report to action and completion. We also offer a "keep you on track" service to keep you and/or your team on track with regular follow-up engagement and support to complete all identified tasks outline in the plan.
