How it WORKS!

STEP 1 - Introduction Intake

We will get you to complete a 10-minute personalised Provider Profile to get to know you, your service and the team.

 

STEP 2 - Assessment Audit, Debriefing & Coaching

We will book an appointment with you and/or your team to complete your assessment. Up to 4hrs in duration dependant on the type of services your offer. During the assessment audit, we will document map, gap analysis, prepare action or corrective action plan, make recommendations, provide coaching and answer your questions. 

 

STEP 3 - Case Management & Follow-up

Post audit assessment we will email you, your detailed report to action and completion. We also offer a "keep you on track" service to keep you and/or your team on track with regular follow-up engagement and support to complete all identified tasks outline in the plan.
