NEW - Employee Leave Entitlements

Fair Work Key Changes - 1st July 2025:

  • All employees (including casuals) are entitled to 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave per year.  
  • An employee’s paid family and domestic violence leave entitlement is available in full at the start of their employment and resets on their work anniversary (it doesn’t accumulate from year to year).
  • This leave is separate from other types of leave, like annual leave or paid sick and carer’s leave.
