How do I Calculate Pay Rate as an Ndis Provider?
As a Sole Trader or Unregistered Provider, you will invoice to claim and pay yourself the total amount under the Ndis Price Guide OR pay yourself the pay rates under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS). See refer to How Do I get Paid Article
As a Registered Provider, you will pay yourself and your employees under the most relevant industry award rates or under your own approved Enterprise Agreement (EA)
Can I Employ Staff as an Ndis Provider?
Yes. As a Sole Trader, Unregistered and Registered Provider, you can employ or subcontract as many people as you wish, as long as your systems and processes are relevant and proportional to the size and scale of your work as a provider.
